H and I had some plans for saturday evening so our niece came to baby sit our baby boy and she spent the rest of the weekend with us! Always fun!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Even on weekend my journey with Weight Watchers still goes on and I like to try new recipes that every body likes.<\/p>\n<p>I always find it exciting as i&#8217;m a bit afraid people won&#8217;t like what i cook.<\/p>\n<p>On the menu this saturday:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Cannelloni&#8217;s with Chicken and mozzarella (6ppts)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Speculoos cream desert (4ppts)<\/p>\n<p>I found both\u00a0recipe on <a title=\"Pinterest\" href=\"http:\/\/www.pinterest.com\/missfrenchy80\/my-ww\/\">Pinterest<\/a>, I have changed the quantity as we were only the 3 of us.<\/p>\n<p>First the cannelonni&#8217;s:<\/p>\n<p>For 6 people<\/p>\n<p>2 onions<br \/>\n1 teaspoon olive oil<br \/>\n1 kg of tomatoes<br \/>\n1 clove garlic<br \/>\n2 of formwork baslic<br \/>\n9 lasagne sheets<br \/>\n3 chicken breasts (250g)<br \/>\noregano<br \/>\n1 ball of mozzarella (125 gr)<br \/>\n2 small eggs<br \/>\n18 slices bacon<br \/>\n30g grated parmesan<br \/>\nSalt and pepper<br \/>\nPreheat oven to 200 \u00b0 C.<br \/>\nFry the chopped onions in a tablespoon of olive oil and add the diced tomatoes, the garlic and the basil leaves. Let it\u00a0stew gently at least 20 minutes then remove the basil.<\/p>\n<p>Cook the noodles for 5 minutes (several times) in a large pot of salted water, then place them on a clean cloth and cut them in half (to get 2 squares) after being allowed to cool a bit.<\/p>\n<p>In a pan with baking sheetbrown the chicken, \u00a0sprinkle with\u00a0salt and pepper, oregano and saut\u00e9 about 15 minutes. Chop the chicken \u00a0and mixwith mozzarella. Add the eggs. Mix again.<\/p>\n<p>Place a slice of bacon on each square of lasagna, cover it with a small amount of stuffing and roll each square into a cannelloni. Pour half of the tomato sauce in a dish, arrange the cannelloni and pour the remaining sauce over it. Sprinkle with grated parmesan and oregano and put in the oven for 25 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>And this is what you get!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/theworldofmissfrenchy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/img_2080.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-300\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/theworldofmissfrenchy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/img_2080.jpg?resize=300%2C225\" alt=\"IMG_2080\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>And then desert!<\/p>\n<p>For 4 people:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 60 g of white or dark chocolate or milk<br \/>\n&#8211; 30 cl of skim milk<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 teaspoons cornstarch<br \/>\n&#8211; 6 sp\u00e9culoos (42 gr)<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 sachet of vanilla sugar<br \/>\nCut the chocolate into 1-square, put them in a bowl with 10 ounces of milk, heat \u00a0for 1 minute in a microwave oven (800 W)<br \/>\nIn a bowl, dissolve the cornstarch with the remaining cold milk, add the hot chocolate milk and mix.<br \/>\nGrind finely spiced, incorporate and vanilla sugar.
