I used the recipe from\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Aweightoflife\/photos\/pb.131972480511074.-2207520000.1454941274.\/161561027552219\/?type=3&amp;theater\">A weight of life<\/a>\u00a0and I added some ingredients. The lady behind this Facebook page is one of the most inpsirational woman I know. She has lost 53 kg in ONE year!! She has started an facebook page to post her recipes and they all look delicious. Even if you are not dieting it&#8217;s simply food envy!<\/p>\n<p>So here it comes!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ingredients<br \/>\n\u2022 50 gram\u00a0oats<br \/>\n\u2022 30 gram quinoa\u00a0seeds<br \/>\n\u2022 25 gram puffed\u00a0quinoa<br \/>\n\u2022 30 gram\u00a0pumpkin seeds<\/li>\n<li>25 gram shredded coconut &lt;&#8212; I added this one \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\n\u2022 1 ts\u00a0caneel<br \/>\n\u2022 1 tbs\u00a0Coco oil<br \/>\n\u2022 3 tbs\u00a0honey<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>How to:<\/p>\n<p>Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.<br \/>\nMix all ingredients in a bowl with one another.<br \/>\nMelt the cocount oil in a pan and add the honey, mix well.<br \/>\nMix then the honey-coconut oil combo through the dry ingredients.
