(de)light"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A few weeks ago i tried a recipe for a &#8220;light&#8221; cheesecake and it was surprisingly delicious!!<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<li><span>75 gr margarine<\/span><\/li>\n<li>150 gr digestives<\/li>\n<li><span>2 eggs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>250 ml skinny yoghurt<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>30 g creamcheese (light)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>1 spoon flour<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>juice of a \u00bd citroen<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>25 g\u00a0strawberries <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>30 g sugar<\/span><\/li>\n<p><span><span id=\"result_box\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"hps\">1 Preheat the<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">oven to<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">200 \u00b0<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">C.<\/span> <span class=\"hps\"><span class=\"hps\">Grease the<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">edge of the<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">baking sheet<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">in<\/span><span>.<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Crush<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">the biscuits<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">in a food processor<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">finely.<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Add the<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">butter<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">and\u00a0blend<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">briefly<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">until the butter<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">running<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">well blended.<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Spoon the<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">cake<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">mixture<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">in the bottom of<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">the<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">springform pan<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">and press<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">with the<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">back of a spoon<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">well.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"hps\">Turn<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">after baking<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">the<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">temperature back to<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">150 \u00b0<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">C.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span class=\"hps\">2 Separate<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">the yolks<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">from<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">the whites<\/span><span>.<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Mix the yogurt<\/span><span>, cream cheese<\/span><span>, egg yolks<\/span><span>, flour<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">and lemon juice<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">together.<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Beat the egg whites<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">with the<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">mixer,<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">gradually add<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">the sugar<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">and whisk<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">the whole thing<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">about 1 minute<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">brisk<\/span><span>.<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Mix the<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">beaten egg whites<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">lightly into<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">the<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">flour<\/span><span class=\"atn\">&#8211;<\/span><span>yogurt<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">mixture.<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Mix<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">\u00bc of<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">the yogurt mixture<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">with<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">the raspberries<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">and mix<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">with<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">hand blender<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">until a smooth<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">mixture.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span class=\"hps\">3 Pour<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">the white<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">protein<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">yogurt<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">mixture over the<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">pie crust<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">and pour the<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">raspberry<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">mixture.<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">With the help<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">of a teaspoon of<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">streaks<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">in the batter<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">so you get a<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">marbled<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">effect.<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Bake the<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">cheesecake<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">in the oven<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">about 20 minutes<\/span><span>.<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Remove the<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">cheesecake<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">from the oven and<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">allow to cool<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">to room temperature,<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">then turn it<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">in the refrigerator.<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Remove<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">the cake pan<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">only when the<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">cheesecake<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">has cooled completely.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span lang=\"en\"><span class=\"hps\">And this is the Grease the edge of the baking sheet in. Crush the biscuits in a food processor finely. Add the butter and\u00a0blend briefly until the butter running well blended. Spoon the cake mixture in the bottom of the springform pan and press with the back of a spoon well.Turn after baking the temperature back to 150 \u00b0 C. 2 Separate the yolks from the whites. Mix the yogurt, cream cheese, egg yolks, flour and lemon juice together. Beat the egg whites with the mixer, gradually add the sugar and whisk the whole thing about 1 minute brisk. Mix the beaten egg whites lightly into the flour&#8211;yogurt mixture. Mix \u00bc of the yogurt mixture with the raspberries and mix with hand blender until a smooth mixture. 3 Pour the white protein yogurt mixture over the pie crust and pour the raspberry mixture. With the help of a teaspoon of streaks in the batter so you get a marbled effect. Bake the cheesecake in the oven about 20 minutes. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and allow to cool to room temperature, then turn it in the refrigerator. Remove the cake pan only when the cheesecake has cooled completely. And this is the result!!!
