It&#8217;s actually a cook magazine created and edited by the Albert Heijn which is a supermarket. I love the Allerhande, it&#8217;s nice and well written.<\/p>\n<p>This month they are celebrating the 30th anniversary of the first issue and they have dedicated it to Bakery!!! It has 45 recipes and I would likt to try them all ( but i don&#8217;t think i will manage to)<\/p>\n<p>Anyway, i decided to try this one. I LOVE cheesecake! I usually bake from another recipe (also learnt from the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ah.nl\/allerhande\/#\/recepten\/480244\/glutenvrije-cheesecake\/?rq=cheesecake\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Ingredi\u00ebnten\">ingredients<br \/>\u00a0<\/span><span title=\"250 g digestive koekjes (rol 400 g)\">250g digestive biscuits ( roll 400 g )<br \/>\u00a0<\/span><span title=\"120 g boter\">120 g butter<br \/>\u00a0<\/span><span title=\"11 el rietsuiker (zak 500 g)\">11 tbsp cane sugar ( 500 g bag )<br \/>\u00a0<\/span><span title=\"1 doosje bramen (250 g, diepvries), ontdooid\">1 box blackberry ( 250 g , frozen) , thawed<br \/>\u00a0<\/span><span title=\"1 doosje frambozen (250 g, diepvries), ontdooid\">1 box raspberries (250 g , frozen) , thawed<br \/>\u00a0<\/span><span title=\"3 bakjes verse roomkaas zacht en luchtig (a 200 g)\">3 cups fresh cream cheese ( 200 g)<br \/>\u00a0<\/span><span title=\"1 zakje vanillesuiker\">1 vanilla sugar<br \/>\u00a0<\/span><span title=\"300 g witte chocolade, fijngehakt\">300g white chocolate , chopped<br \/>\u00a0<\/span><span title=\"1 bekertje cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche (125 ml, biologisch)\">1 cup sour cream ( 125 ml , organic)<br \/>\u00a0<\/span><span title=\"3 eieren, biologisch\">3 eggs , (organic)<br \/><\/span><span title=\"Bereiden\">prepare<\/span><span title=\"1.\">1. <\/span><span title=\"Verwarm de oven voor op 175 \u00b0C.\">Preheat the oven to 175 \u00b0 C. <\/span><span title=\"Bekleed de bodem van de springvorm met bakpapier.\">Line the bottom of the springform pan with parchment paper . <\/span><span title=\"Maal de koekjes in de keukenmachine tot kruimels.\">Grind the cookies in a food processor until crumbs . <\/span><span title=\"Smelt de boter in een steelpan.\">Melt the butter in a saucepan . <\/span><span title=\"Voeg 3 el rietsuiker toe en meng door de koekkruimels.\">Add 3 tbsp cane sugar and mix the cookie crumbs . <\/span><span title=\"Verdeel het mengsel over de bodem van de springvorm en druk aan met de bolle kant van een lepel.\">Spread the mixture over the bottom of the springform pan and press with the back of a spoon. <\/span><span title=\"Bak de bodem ca. 15 min. in het midden van de oven.\">Bake the soil for about 15 min in the middle of the oven. <\/span><span title=\"Neem uit de oven en laat 15 min. afkoelen.\">Remove from the oven and let cool 15 minutes . <\/span><span title=\"Laat de oven aan staan.\">Leave the oven turned on.<br \/><\/span><span title=\"2.\">2. <\/span><span title=\"Breng ondertussen in een steelpan de bramen en frambozen met 3 el suiker en 3 el water aan de kook.\">Meanwhile, bring a saucepan, combine blackberries and raspberries with 3 tablespoons sugar and 3 tablespoons water to a boil . <\/span><span title=\"Laat 5 min. op laag vuur doorkoken.\">Let boil 5 minutes on low heat. <\/span><span title=\"Schenk het vruchtenmengsel door een fijne zeef in een kom en druk met de bolle kant van een lepel erdoor.\">Pour the fruit mixture through a fine sieve into a bowl and press with the back of a spoon through it . <\/span><span title=\"Zet de kom in een laagje koud water in de gootsteen en laat de bosvruchtensaus in 15 min. afkoelen.\">Put the bowl in a layer of cold water in the sink and let the cool forest fruit sauce in 15 minutes . <\/span><span title=\"Roer af en toe.\">Stir occasionally .<\/span><span title=\"3.\">3. <\/span><span title=\"Roer ondertussen in een grote kom de roomkaas los en meng met de rest van de rietsuiker en de vanillesuiker.\">Meanwhile, stir the cream cheese in a large bowl and mix with the rest of the cane sugar and vanilla sugar . <\/span><span title=\"Meng in een andere kom de chocolade met de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche en verwarm 1 min. op 500 watt in de magnetron.\">In another bowl, mix the chocolate with the cream and cook for 1 min at 500 watts in the microwave . <\/span><span title=\"Roer door en verwarm totdat het een egale massa is.\">Stir and heat until it is a smooth mass . <\/span><span title=\"Roer 1 voor 1 de eieren erdoor en meng door het roomkaasmengsel.\">Stir for 1 1 the eggs and mix the cream cheese mixture .<\/span><span title=\"4.\">4. <\/span><span title=\"Schenk heet water in de braadslee en plaats onder het midden van de oven.\">Pour hot water into the roasting pan and place under the center of the oven .<\/span><span title=\"5.\">5 . <\/span><span title=\"Schep van het roomkaasmengsel op de koekjesbodem in de springvorm.\">Spoon the cream cheese mixture onto the biscuit base in the tin . <\/span><span title=\"Verdeel hierover 6 el bosvruchtensaus.\">Spread about 6 tablespoons berry sauce . <\/span><span title=\"Herhaal deze stap nog 2 keer totdat het roomkaasmengsel op is.\">Repeat 2 more times until the cream cheese mixture is . <\/span><span title=\"Bewaar de rest van de bosvruchtensaus afgedekt in de koelkast.\">Keep the rest of the berry sauce covered in refrigerator . <\/span><span title=\"Maak met de sat\u00e9prikker mooie krullen in de vulling, zodat er een marmerpatroon ontstaat.\">Make the skewer beautiful curls in the filling , creating a marbled pattern.<\/span><span title=\"6.\">6. <\/span><span title=\"Bak de cheesecake 1 uur in het midden van de oven op een rooster boven de braadslee.\">Bake the cheesecake for 1 hour in the middle of the oven on a rack above the roasting pan. <\/span><span title=\"Zet de oven uit en laat de cheesecake 30 min. in de oven afkoelen om scheuren te voorkomen.\">Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake in the oven for 30 minutes to cool to prevent cracks. <\/span><span title=\"Laat de cheesecake in 1 uur verder afkoelen op het aanrecht.\">Let the cheesecake for 1 hour to cool on the counter. <\/span><span title=\"Dek hem af met vershoudfolie en zet minimaal 2 uur in de koelkast.\">Cover it with cling film and put in the fridge for at least 2 hours . <\/span><span title=\"Serveer met de rest van de bosvruchtensaus.\">Serve with the rest of the berry sauce .<\/span><br \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/p>\n<p>Not bad, ritght?<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m going to enjoy it with a
