So far i only placed baking things so i decided to make a dish this week.<br \/>But then, what kind of dish? I bought the Jamie Oliver magazine monday and there i found it!!<br \/>A potatoe fennel casserole! i love fennel, it&#8217;s fresh and i like the anise taste of it.<\/p>\n<p>We are lucky to have our own dutch version of the Jamie Oliver magazine. I love Jamie Oliver, he&#8217;s cute, british, can cook and give you the idea that&#8217;s easy \ud83d\ude42 I have quite a few of his books but i haven&#8217;t tried one of his recipes until now.<\/p>\n<p>Of course i had to make some adjustments as i couldn&#8217;t found some sort of cheese. I also halved the ingredientz, the recipe is mad for 8 person\u00a0but still it tasted good!<\/p>\n<p>so this is what&#8217;s needed:<\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear:both;text-align:center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/theworldofmissfrenchy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/5a73a-img_0803.jpg\" style=\"clear:left;float:left;margin-bottom:1em;margin-right:1em;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"240\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/theworldofmissfrenchy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/5a73a-img_0803.jpg?resize=320%2C240\" width=\"320\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>&#8211; 1 fennel<br \/>&#8211; 450 gr sliced potatoes<br \/>&#8211; 100gr parmesan<br \/>&#8211; 50gr rasped cheese<br \/>&#8211; 2 steaks ( added to complete the meal)<br \/>&#8211; 1 oignon, sliced<br \/>&#8211; 3 cloves of garlic, sliced<br \/>-1 branch of thyme<br \/>&#8211; 35 gr of butter<br \/>&#8211; some olive oil<\/p>\n<p>Here it&#8217;s how it goes:<br \/>&#8211; start the oven on 180 degree<br \/>&#8211; cook the sliced potatoes for 3 minutes<br \/>&#8211; slice the fennel in thin slices and cook it for 2 minutes<br \/>&#8211; in a frying pan fried the thin sliced garlic with the butter and oil until it&#8217;s golden<br \/>&#8211; put a layer of potatoes (about the half of it), then the half of the oignons,the half of the\u00a0fennel,\u00a0the thyme, the cheese and the garlic<br \/>&#8211; put another layer of potatoes and the rest of the ingredients.<br \/>&#8211; on top of it put some rasped cheese<br \/>&#8211; foil the dish with aluminium foil and set in the oven for 30-45 min (according to your oven)<br \/>&#8211; then take the aluminium foil out and set it again in the oven to let the cheese melt and gril.<\/p>\n<p>Enjoy!!<\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear:both;text-align:center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/theworldofmissfrenchy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/2fdea-img_0804.jpg\" style=\"margin-left:1em;margin-right:1em;\"><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"320\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/theworldofmissfrenchy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/2fdea-img_0804.jpg?resize=240%2C320\" width=\"240\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>if you have a good tip on the recipe, let me know \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hi there!
