Bye Bye 2016
Dear Frenchies, 2016 has almost come to his end. Every blogger or even person is reflecting on his/her year, making up the balance of it. And so am I too. I’ve just realize that I didn’t write a review post over 2015 and I have split my goals for 2016 in only weightloss and blog. Miss Frenchy’s diary week 44 2016 Today I wanted to start something new. I’m huge fan of dairies, my favourites are from Serena from the Beautylab, Jennie from Jenny from the blog, Marloes from Glamourmoes and Shirley from Styleguide ( they are all dutch, sorry). DIY project: my first dino
Hi Frenchies, this is a new sort of posts I want to develop this year. I’ve always like making things but most of the time I’m unsecure about my ability to make things so I don’t start. Weigh in Tuesday- week 3 2016
HI Frenchies, My apologies for my abscence last week, life happened. I also was a bit sick. I’m still looking how to deal with lifestyle changes and the changes in the Weight Watchers program. I also have a bit of trouble finding and keeping my motivation. Past week I did another cross fit session and it suits me. Now I have to keep it going. As a result of my lower commitment I only lost 300 gr. Even with this small loss I don’t feel comfortable in my own skin. I hope and pray to (re)find my spirit and getting what I aim for.
